Account Manager
Position Overview
At MediaBeast Marketing Group, our Account Managers are the strategic heartbeat of every client relationship. This role is built for a marketing professional who thrives on helping businesses grow through smart strategy, strong communication, and measurable results.
As an Account Manager, you will lead client partnerships, oversee campaign performance, collaborate with our internal creative and digital teams, and ensure every marketing initiative aligns with client goals. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts while driving retention, growth, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Leadership
- Serve as the lead contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and oversee strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals and growth objectives.
- Lead regular client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build long-term client relationships through communication, transparency, and results-driven service.
Campaign Oversight & Performance Management
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and web initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, AgencyAnalytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns meet KPI benchmarks, pacing goals, and overall ROI expectations.
Team Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Work closely with Account Coordinators, Digital Assistants, designers, developers, and content creators to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage workflows, approvals, timelines, and priorities across multiple client accounts.
- Provide clear direction and accountability to internal team members supporting client campaigns.
Budgeting & Operational Management
- Monitor client budgets, ad spend, and monthly pacing to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain accurate account records, contracts, billing updates, and opportunity tracking.
- Communicate account changes, budget adjustments, and account statuses with leadership and administrative teams.
- Follow established agency processes and maintain high standards of organization and quality control.
Business Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase client value.
- Contribute to client retention through proactive communication and strategic leadership.
- Stay informed on marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience (preferred, but not required) in account management, digital marketing, or client services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
- Experience with marketing and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, AgencyAnalytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools preferred.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to help with our growing base of clientele. Will be responsible for maintaining daily campaign success and optimizing for growth. The role of this position is to support the duties of the Account Managers and the overall offices of Medina, OH and Charleston, SC.

- Monitor client spend and pacing daily for various campaigns throughout the month and send a weekly report to the entire team
- Build out new client campaigns as assigned with direction on strategy by the Account Manager

MediaBeast Marketing Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the company’s leadership team and help drive operational excellence across the agency. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage projects, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure that priorities move forward without constant oversight.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a central hub for executive support, project coordination, internal communication, client-facing preparation, and operational organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of turning incomplete information into complete solutions. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring leadership is prepared with agendas, documents, and relevant background information
- Draft professional correspondence, meeting recaps, presentations, and executive communications
- Take meeting notes and distribute action items while tracking follow-up responsibilities
- Serve as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to leadership by helping prioritize competing demands
Project & Operations Coordination
- Track agency-wide initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and responsibilities remain on schedule
- Organize and maintain operational systems, documentation, and internal processes
- Assist with implementation and management of workflow systems, SOPs, and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure projects move efficiently from planning to execution
- Monitor open tasks and proactively follow up with team members to maintain accountability
Client & Business Support

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)

Preferred
